Overview
Third person action shooter MMORPG, HOME Hit-N-Rush was the project that I worked on as Lead Game/Level Designer, my main job was to define the core gameplay mechanics and elements of the game to start working on from the Creative Director, I defined things like:

Combat systems and Combat AI Design

Dungeons

Rewards system

Leveling up system

Game UI and menus flows

First ours of the games learning curve, tutorials, etc.

Narrative of world, characters, events of the Past (to set the world in a time line), Present (time line where the players start) and Future (future expansions and story events).

NPCs dialgue system and flow, like shop, clan, blacksmith, etc.

Quest System, so every quest follows the same structure and technically can be used for new quests implementation.

Also, as I was working on the GDD (Game Design Document) and core design elements, I was on full collaborations with other department lead (Art, Code, Production, etc) to make sure everyone is aligned with the design vision, mentor other designers and orginise the design department to share task to work on them and reach the production milestones.
